Masterchef? It’s always a slaw thing

IT was about two minutes before Gregg Wallace shouted “To me, to you” at Celebrity Masterchef contestant Paul Chuckle. It had to be done.

The BBC1 show returned on Wednesday with some celebs we actually recognised.

Mcfly’s Danny Jones tweezered out fish bones and cooked up a storm, becoming an early contender.

Nancy Dell’olio, tottering around the kitchen in massive heels and tight leopard print trousers, revealed her fridge only contains “water, wine and champagne” and she prefers others to cook.

No surprise, then, that she was the first to go after cooking her coleslaw. Chuckle cooked his coleslaw too, but triumphed with his salmon wellington.

We can look forward to the likes of Chris Eubank, Lesley Joseph, Kirsty Gallacher and Lisa Snowdon over the coming weeks.
