THESE furry geniuses are shaking up the art world with their paw-some works.

Pet rats Olive, Donut, Omelette, Egg, Blueberry and Banana claw in over £15,000 a year after learning to express themselves with kids’ Crayola paints.

Esther Minic-rosenthal, 23, from Virginia, USA, set her little chums on a creative path two years ago. She said: “I lure them into the painting box with yummy treats and lure them out again. Once they hop in without any treats present, we move to painting.”

Using plain yoghurt, she tempts the future Ratphaels to the tiny canvasses which they happily splodge with paint.

“Olive, Donut, and Omelette drag their fingers across the canvas, Egg and Blueberry touch it rapidly leading to clear paw prints.” Rats how to do it...
