DEREK ADAMS felt a draw was the fair result after Kyle Joseph cancelled out Jensen Weir’s opener to earn Oxford a point.

“We probably thought we could hold on... (but) we probably feel a draw is a fair result,” said the Morecambe boss.

Opposite number Karl Robinson added: “On the basis of our performance it was points dropped.”
