Dan Walker, Michaela Strachan and Raksha Dave are joined by teams of metal detectorists, mudlarkers and marine archaeologists as they unearth the hidden history under our feet and under water. They begin by setting up camp in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, where they search for artefacts from the medieval and Viking periods.
