For weeks there’s been frenzied speculation that Lauren – who found fame in the Eighties as a child antiques expert called James – would be joining the housemates.
Her agent issued a teasing statement, telling the media to “watch out” for big Big Brother news about the beauty.
So her army of fans were disappointed when she did NOT join Bianca Gascoigne, Coleen Nolan, Calum Best, Jasmine Waltz and the others on the opening night.
And sources say that these snaps, taken in 2007, and an accompanying interview may have made Lauren too hot for the show!

For in her 2007 chat with Sunday Sport, frisky Lauren boasted of being permanently HORNY thanks to the hormone tablets she was given during her gender reassignment process.
Lauren purred: “I take my hormone tablet in the morning and it makes my sexual urges totally uncontrollable.
“When I’m in bed I can go all night. There’s no stopping me.”

The family plunged into debt and Harries had to sell all of his valuable items. It is rumoured that he suffered depression and agoraphobia – the extreme fear of open or public spaces – during that time.
By his early 20s he realised he actually wanted to become a woman. In 2001, at the age of 23, he had a sex change operation and became Lauren.
