NEW series. With more than 8,000 islands to choose from, Martin Clunes visits 16 which provide an insight into the diversity, history and challenges of island life in Australia.
His first stop is Lord Howe Island, where the pace of life is slow and the population is a steady 350.
He also visits Norfolk Island, Australia’s most easterly territory, and the remotest island on Martin’s journey.
Always an affable watch is old jug- eared Clunesey. YOU sometimes wonder what TV execs are taking when they come up with their ideas. Because it’s clearly really good shit!
In this new series, West End performer and choreographer, Steve Elias attempts to recruit residents of West Yorkshire towns to re- enact their local history through the medium of modern dance!!! He begins in Barnsley, of all places. As I believe the young people say these days: “What the actual f** k?!!!” NEW series. Adventure hunk Levison Wood goes on a fourmonth trek across Central America, travelling 1,800 miles from Mexico to Colombia.
The journey begins in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, where he and his guide Alberto explore the remains of the Mayan Civilisation.
They move on to the island of San Pedro and the jungles where Levison was trained as a soldier, before braving the lawless wilderness of El Peten in Guatemala, where most of America’s cocaine is trafficked.
Top adventure stuff.
