Courteney: I was still virgin at 21

American Idol star on drugs deal rap

-

actress Courteney Cox has revealed she waited to lose her virginity until she reached the age of 21.

The Hollywood star, now 54, said her family didn’t talk to her much about sex so she was really “backwards” about the topic.

But things changed when her mum noticed that she was in a serious relationship and encouraged her to take the plunge and bonk.

Speaking on with James Corden, Courteney said: “My mom didn’t talk to me about one thing that I should have known about – sex. I shouldn’t probably say this, but I will… I was a virgin until I was 21.”

But the brunette – who famously played the part of Monica Geller on 90s sitcom and who is now in a relationship with Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid – is not ashamed of popping her cherry in her twenties.

She added: “I think I can be proud of that. I remember, I dated the guy for a long time, and my mom was like, “OK, I think she’s gonna be with him for a while.”

The star and Johnny, 42, called off their engagement in 2015, but are still very much a couple. A FORMER contestant on the reality singing show American Idol has been accused of acting as a DRUGS MULE for a criminal gang.

Antonella Barba, 32, made it to the last 16 on the sixth season of the singing contest hosted by Brit Simon Cowell in 2007.

She was indicted last week after authorities in Virginia arrested her in October 2018 with two pounds of fentanyl – a powerful opioid.

The New Jersey- based singer and actor was handed 11 federal charges, including one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl with the intent to distribute. She also faces 10 counts of distribution or possession of cocaine, heroin and fentanyl with the intent to distribute.

She pleaded not guilty to selling or intending to sell 100g or more of heroin.

The indictment claims Barba was one of several members of a drug conspiracy active in Virginia between late 2017 and 2018.
