Cop forced woman to perform sex act

A COP has been charged with sex assault after forcing a woman to perform oral sex on him while on duty.

Police said Corporal Thomas Oliver Jr. ( was on duty, wearing his gun belt and driving in a marked police vehicle when he pulled up beside the woman in Wilmington, Delaware.

Officer Oliver, 35, instructed her to get into the vehicle and then exposed himself to her.

He said he would allow her to leave if she performed a sex act on him, then pushed her head towards his penis.

A complaint from the victim led to the immediate launch of an investigation and Oliver has been suspended.
