THE hottest day of the year sees thousands flock to the coast for the four S’s: sun, sea, sand and a significantly higher chance of catching coronavirus.

Police were called to one beach in Norfolk after well over a thousand people crammed onto it.

However, they were unable to take further action when it turned out they were all from the same family.
