Whatever this poor lady bought in that fast food diner, it certainly didn’t agree with her!

Harrison Foster, who snapped this unpleasant scene in Clayton, Ohio, said: “What you don’t get from the photo are the sound effects.

“It was kind of a groaning, followed by an ‘ Aaaah!’ – then an ungodly splatter.

“I really feel for the council guy who had to clean that up afterwards.

“We could smell it, too – and we were 100 yards away.”
