The answer is NO – but one devious Russian leader clearly hoped that the world would be fooled when he ordered his henchmen to leak it on the internet.
It’s believed that nerdy goons in the pay of Moscow strongman Vladimir Putin leaked this lookalike photo – which clearly resembles Eugenie – to embarrass the princess, and pile pressure on her dad, Prince Andrew.
Prince Andrew is under “enormous strain” just now, as he fiercely denies allegations of noncery and that he fondled a teenage woman using his own Spitting Image puppet.
One Russia- watcher, who asked to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals, said: “The Royals have been a target for the Russians, and the Soviets before them, for years.

“They know to apply pressure at the weakest point and, unfortunately, that weak point at the moment is Prince Andrew.
“Clearly they hope to provoke Prince Andrew into doing something rash, thus damaging the House of Windsor and aiding the republican movement in Britain, which the Kremlin looks on as a useful fifth column who could help their vile aim.
“That aim, of course, is the total destruction of the United Kingdom.”
Meanwhile, an avid fan of the Royal Family who saw the fake snap of Eugenie, posted online: “This is a disgrace – the dirty Russian bastards!
