Rotten corpse blood dripped into flat below
A WOMAN who woke to find BLOOD dripping from her bedroom ceiling was horrified to find the gore was from a DECOMPOSING BODY in the flat upstairs!
Ana Cardenas said she turned on the lights when she heard the sound of something dripping in her bedroom around 4am and discovered there was blood splattered everywhere like a crime scene.
She said: “It grossed me out. I was in shock.
“I thought, ‘ This isn’t real, this is a dream, wake up’.”
The gore had seeped through from the flat above onto a ceiling fan, which had caused the blood to be flung across the walls, her bed and body.
Ana went on: “I called maintenance and they said, ‘ Are you sure?’ and
I said, ‘ Blood is falling on me’.”
Emergency services were called to enter the upstairs neighbour’s home, where they found the man had died of natural causes and had been decomposing for five or six days.
Ana said: “Firefighters knocked down his door and the body was laying exactly where my fan is underneath.
“He had carpet but the blood seeped through to my ceiling.”
Ana said she went to stay in a hotel for a few nights, but the episode has left her traumatised and she’s looking for a new apartment as she can’t face returning.
A police source in El Paso, Texas, said: “I done seen some awful sights in 20 years of law
enforcement down here in El Paso but this was like something from a horror movie.
“That poor lady would have been well within her right to have pissed clean into her panties. Yessir.”
