Why the scandal must be stopped

“A FAILED asylum seeker…”

Whenever I read those words, a chill descends, because you just know that something very bad has happened.

And it has.

Some 20 years ago, authorities decided that Anicet Mayela – who arrived illegally in the UK from the Congo – should be thrown out of this country.

But thanks to the antics of an aircraft’s do- gooder cabin crew and later some busybody lawyers, Mayela got to stay in the UK.

And he went on to rape a 15- year- old girl.

How many times does this horror have to be repeated until the authorities get a grip, and lefties drop their “all asylum seekers are good” crap?

Mayela claimed his life was at risk when he paid an “agent” – a gangster – to smuggle him out of Republic of the Congo, arriving in the UK in 2004.

The first attempt to deport him failed after he alleged he was injured in an isolation cell at Colnbrook Immigration Removal Centre near Heathrow Airport.

A deportation flight was planned for May 2005, but the removal was foiled by Air France crew, who stopped the flight taking off from Southampton.

Deportation

Weeks later, Mayela won leave to remain after lawyers said that deportation would be against his human rights while police investigated the handlers for alleged assault.

He was released two days later and took part in a campaign to close Campsfield House, where he had been detained.

He was pictured wearing a sign around his neck, reading: “Migrants are not criminals.”

At the time, he told the BBC: “I am here to support my friends ... I have been inside here, and at Colnbrook.”’

Thanks to the efforts of all those virtue- signalling arseholes, Mayela was free to roam Britain – and rape a child.

Oxford Crown Court heard there was a high level of “dangerousness” during the sex attack.

He now faces life in jail.

I wonder if the trolley dollies who stopped his deportation and, no doubt boasted of their activism, feel any shame?

Because of what they directly did, a child’s life was destroyed by a f** king savage.

I won’t ask if the lawyers who won his leave to appeal feel any shame.

The fact that so many merrily carry on taking fat fees for the “asylum” scam shows that shame deserted the profession long ago. There’s a wider issue here.

Every pro- asylum loon who insists that everyone pitching up on our shores is a desperate refugee from persecution should share the shame.

Our country is filling up with military- age men from distant lands where decency is a dirty word.

Let them loose on an unprotected population and horrors like the one Mayela inflicted on that young girl are inevitable.

That is the reality behind those “Refugees Welcome Here” signs waved around by half- arsed lefty celebs.
