As Kim’s number one crossdressing superfan in England, Colin has aped most of his idol’s styles over the years.
In 2022 he even travelled to Turkey to get a big fat arse, just like 43- year- old reality TV star Kim.
But Colin came a cropper trying to squeeze his 42- inch waist into a tiny corset.
Recovering at home after an internal rupture, Colin said: “I’ve made a device that mechanically squeezes me into a corset but in this case I went a bit far.
“I felt something go ‘ pop’ as I tried to get into a corset like Kim’s and there was a bit of blood, down below.
“Later, in hospital, they told me I’d shit out a little bit of one of my kidneys.”

Meanwhile, doctors and fans have questioned the wisdom of famously curvy Kim wearing such a corset.
“How is Kim Kardashian breathing?” one user asked on Twitter. “Her waist looks so small in that!”
“Kim Kardashian’s waist is absurd. Like, not to be a hater but it actually is concerning especially when folk aspire to be like her.”
“Don’t like Kim and don’t care about her but that corset thing?! That must hurt like hell!”
