Cops strike over hooker sex ban
UNDERCOVER cops are set to go on STRIKE over plans to BAN them from shagging hookers while on sting operations.
Legislation nearing Michigan governor Rick Snyder’s desk for approval would remove the legal immunity of officers who have sex with prostitutes while deep undercover.
The state Senate unanimously approved a bill last week, and the House is expected to pass a similar one later.
Both chambers had voted for the bills earlier this year.
Michigan is the last US state that gives police officers immunity from prosecution in such circumstances after Hawaii made a change in 2014.
One cop raged: “It’s one of the few goddamn perks we get in this job. I’m voting for strike action!”
