COPS have “given words of advice” to five lads who ran through a branch of McDonald’s stark naked.

CCTV images taken from the fast- food store show the five men entering from the street in a single file, in broad daylight.

Two were holding “objects covering their modesty”, police said.

A still image shows one of the others walking with his arms extended outwards slightly.

Detective Chief Inspector Peter Mahon said while the incident may appear amusing to some, it was “offensive”.

There were several families with small children in the restaurant at the time.

A spokesman for the McDonald’s store in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, did not want to comment on the incident.
