A MAN called Mister Bates was arrested after he started furiously masturbating with a toilet brush up his arse in a doctor’s surgery.

Brian Bates, 48 ( was charged with criminal lewdness after officers went to the medical office following a report of a man exposing himself to patients.

“Upon arrival, police officers found Bates in the bathroom with the door open while masturbating and simultaneously attempting to penetrate his anus with the handle of the toilet scrubber,” police said.

“This was witnessed by several adult females who were in the office.”

Bates was taken to New Bridge Medical Centre in New York for evaluation after his arrest.

He has a string of arrests for similar acts dating back to 1997.

A police source said: “This is not just a regular everyday flasher who gets his kicks whipping his cock out in the park in front of female joggers.

“We’re talking seriously nasty, sick behaviour towards people in very public places over a long period of time.
