Church backs naked w* nk threat priest

THE Catholic Church has backed a priest who ran around a shopping mall NAKED then told police he wanted to have sex with a woman.

Rev Jeremy Wind, 39, was meeting with a female parishioner in the mall when he told her he was going to masturbate.

Wind ( above) then took off his trousers and pants, prompting the woman to run and lock herself in her car.

When cops arrived, Wind was stark naked and banging on the car windscreen. He told officers “I want to have sex with her.”

Wind was charged with disorderly conduct and given a year’s probation over the incident in 2013.

But no mention of his past was made when Wind was appointed to the Cathedral of the Epiphany in Sioux City, Iowa, recently.

Amid allegations of a cover- up, the Diocese of Sioux City issued a statement stating Wind had recoverd from a ‘ mental health episode’.
