SWALWELL CC were cham­pi­ons win­ning the ti­tle by just 14 points, closely fol­lowed by Shot­ley Bridge and Ash­ing­ton, who will both play in the NEPL First Divi­sion next sea­son.

Percy Main and Stocks­field were rel­e­gated and will be re­placed by Mor­peth and An­n­field Plain re­spec­tively.

In Divi­sion Two, Bates Cot­tages and Blyth were rel­e­gated and will be re­placed by both Blue Flames and Back­worth, the for­mer fin­ish­ing cham­pi­ons.

Bo­mar­sund and Whit­ley Bay were rel­e­gated.
