A Hugill prob­lem

The for­wards will in­sist that more goals will come if more chances are cre­ated.

The prob­lem is that, when the oc­ca­sional open­ing is cre­ated, it is not be­ing taken.

So no­body in the team should feel com­fort­able while Boro are try­ing to get back on the rails at the River­side.

Britt As­som­ba­longa and Martin Braith­waite are un­der in­creas­ing pres­sure from Hugill, Rudy Gest­ede and Ash­ley Fletcher.

There are places up for grabs for those play­ers who can grasp the net­tle and make things hap­pen in front of goal.

The main thing from Hugill’s point of view is that he keeps his head up and does things the way he does them best.
