Changes to night bus timetable
STAGECOACH has announced changes to its Newcastle night bus routes and timetables
The operator, which restored the late night/early morning weekend service last year, is adding new stops and extending one of its routes in the city’s west end.
From Friday, January 25, the night buses will serve Newcastle Central Station, from a stop in Bewick Street.
Other city centre stops in Pilgrim Street, Haymarket and Blackett Street will continue to be used too.
Stagecoach is extending its N88 service to Fenham.
From Friday, January 25, the N88 service will also call at Spital Tongues and Fenham Hall Drive.
Stagecoach says there will also be minor changes to routes and timetables of most night buses.
Night buses operate on Friday and Saturday nights in Newcastle. Final departures are around 3am from the city centre.
