Catalogue of sex crimes before he was caught

GRIEVESON sexually assaulted or attempted to sexually assault at least five other boys before his capture.

Many of the cases had frightening similarities to the deaths of the four boys.

Case 1 – A 16- year- old was pushed to the floor in a derelict house and told to take his trousers down as Grieveson stood above him holding a metal bar. Grieveson then stopped the attack but warned the boy: “If you tell anyone, I will have to kill you”.

Case 2 – A schoolboy was grabbed by Grieveson on the street. He was ordered to strip and was threatened with a knife before being sexually assaulted.

Case 3 – A schoolboy was taken to a derelict house and ordered to lie down and take his trousers off. A sexual attack was carried out before Grieveson grabbed the boy by the throat and told him he would “do him” if he told anyone.

Case 4 – An 18- year- old claimed he was sexually assaulted by Grieveson when he was taken to a derelict pub and tied up with a rope. He was then punched in the face and forced into a sex act.

Case 5 – A boy had been sniffing glue with Grieveson. He found his trousers round his ankles and his genitals exposed.
