Pulis: Job must be right
TONY Pulis – linked with the managerial vacancy at Crystal Palace – admits he is keen to return to management but insists “the job has to be right.”
The 55- year- old established Stoke in the top flight before leaving at the end of last season and is favourite to replace Ian Holloway at Selhurst Park. He had been linked with Middlesbrough, following Tony Mowbray’s departure, but that now looks an unlikely option.
“It was important to take a rest,” Pulis said. “I’m really pleased I’ve had contact from other clubs but they didn’t feel right.”
