THE following people have been dealt with by city magistrate­s. All addresses are Sunderland unless otherwise stated.

Alan Michael Kenrick, 35, of Norfolk Street, was jailed for 21 weeks for burglary, theft, failure to surrender to bail and breach of a community order.

Michael James Parks, 31, of Blind Lane, was fined £ 275 and ordered to pay £ 20.99 compensati­on for theft and failure to surrender to bail.

Stevyn Carr, 25, of Urban Gardens, Concord, Washington, was fined £ 90 and banned for three months for using a vehicle without insurance.

George Randolph Jones, 31, of High Street East, was given a six- month conditiona­l discharge and ordered to pay £ 6 compensati­on for theft.

Thomas Arthur Hannan, 38, of Hunter Street, Shiney Row, was fined £ 250 with six penalty points for using a vehicle in a dangerous condition and driving without a valid licence.

Reece Jason Gray, 19, of Marley Crescent, Marley Pots, was given a six- month conditiona­l discharge for criminal damage and failure to surrender to bail.

Dawn Elizabeth Adamson, 43, of Palmstead Road, Pennywell, was made subject to a year’s community order and ordered to pay £ 35 compensati­on for theft.

Ritchie Clark, 23, of Ashdown Road, Farringdon, was given a year’s conditiona­l discharge and ordered to pay £ 65 compensati­on for theft.

Lisa Dent, 37, of Willows Close, Columbia, Washington, was given a ninemonth conditiona­l discharge for using threatenin­g, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
