RELY ON DYNAMO

- T ips AYR:

DUBAI Dynamo can arrest a yearlong barren spell with victory in the Free Bets At freebets. co. uk Handicap at Ayr tomorrow.

Ruth Carr’s charge has not tasted victory since winning at Thirsk last April when he lined up off a mark of 88.

His rating subsequently shot into the 90s and after failing to make a mark from that lofty perch, that handicapper has slowly relented and Dubai Dynamo is now racing off a mark of 80.

That could prove to be a pretty lenient rating though as Dubai Dynamo caught the eye when proving thoroughly unsuited by the task at Wolverhampton earlier this month.

Having finished a fair sixth at Doncaster on the turf, Carr reverted to the all- weather and probably did not relish the kickback, which has been something of a contentious issue in recent times.

The nine- year- old still was not beaten too far on that occasion and merits support back on turf off his lowest mark since April 2011.

Baltic Spirit looked thoroughly in need of her seasonal bow and better is expected in the Exclusive Free Bets At freebets. co. uk Handicap.

Keith Dalgleish’s charge failed to strike in five outings as a juvenile last year but she came pretty close when just edged out on her final run at Musselburgh last September.

Gulland Rock proved too sharp that day and the same rival held sway when Baltic Spirit could finish only fourth at Catterick earlier this week.

She was only beaten two lengths there and given she was never closer than at the finish, Baltic Spirit should surely make rapid strides with an outing under her belt.

Ryan Moore and Paul Nicholls make an eyecatching combination as they team up with Ranjaan in the BetBright. com Handicap.

The six- year- old looked likely to make up into a useful hurdler when winning twice in the 2011- 12 season and while he scored at Kempton last November, he is clearly not that special.

However, the all- weather surface certainly seems to suit and he picked up a share of the prize- money when contesting a decent stayers’ event at this track at the end of March and should be in the mix again, particularly with Moore offering his assistance.

Ranjaan sports the Highclere Thoroughbred Racing colours as does Telegraph, who is the choice in the BetBright Moneyback Offers Handicap.

He was far from disgraced on his return at Bath, lining up on very firm ground on the back of a seven- month absence.

His preferred front- running tactics did not pay off that day as he perhaps lacked a little of the necessary fitness to do it from the front, but he should be sharper for the outing and looks a leading player for Andrew Balding.
