This is my favourite post work­out meal.

It’s also a great break­fast to get some good­ness back into your body af­ter in­tox­i­cat­ing it with al­co­hol.

It’s tastes ab­so­lutely amaz­ing and only takes a few min­utes to make.

In­gre­di­ents: 100ml al­mond milk 1 scoop straw­berry pro­tein pow­der 1tsp Acai pow­der 1/2 ba­nana 30g whole­grain oats 1tsp Honey Hand­ful of frozen berries 6-8 fresh rasp­ber­ries

In­struc­tions: Put all of the in­gre­di­ents into a blender and blitz un­til smooth. Serve in a bowl with fresh rasp­ber­ries.
