Recipe of the week
This is my favourite post workout meal.
It’s also a great breakfast to get some goodness back into your body after intoxicating it with alcohol.
It’s tastes absolutely amazing and only takes a few minutes to make.
Ingredients: 100ml almond milk 1 scoop strawberry protein powder 1tsp Acai powder 1/2 banana 30g wholegrain oats 1tsp Honey Handful of frozen berries 6-8 fresh raspberries
Instructions: Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve in a bowl with fresh raspberries.
