It’s a HIIT workout that will challenge, your cardiovascular fitness, as well as targeting your chest, arms, core and legs.
The aim of the workout is to complete 500 repetitions as quickly as possible, with good form. 20 PRESS UPS 20 SQUATS 20 LUNGES 20 SIT UPS 20 HILL CLIMBS X5 (500 reps)
