As Brexit looms, the NHS desperately needs staff to stay - and that means fixing burnout culture.
Stephen Elliott:
Historically the NHS has been very bad at recruitment anyway, over the past 20 years alone i have spoken to many friends who are midwives, nurses and in some cases doctors and their own experience have advised of posts taking up to to 6 months to advertise alone because of red tape.
Steve Makka:
You know I’m probably gonna get attacked for this but when my son broke his arm, we had to go to hospital once a fortnight for about 3 month and there was that many staff they were failing over themselves to give us the little appointment sheet. Recently my mother has had an operation and when we visited there was always 5/6 members of staff on the ward chatting at the main desk, which I have no problem them doing, now I’m sure it’s a stressful job and like anything in that regards ie firefighter, you should know what you’re signing up to.

Steve Spurs:
Well done to the lads who fixed it back on when I got up for work but they worked all night so this could happen.

Chris Mini Haswell:
Should be completely legalised for all purposes including food and. The possibilities are endless. We'll be left behind if we don't have complete legalisation.
Steve Brennan:
All drugs should be legalised.
Liam Keegan:
Just look at what Portugal have achieved by doing just that, crime rates and addiction rates have massively fallen.
