He recorded 3.57.94 to defeat Daniel Maud of Charnwood, who clocked 3.58.33.

ButtheAlnwickpromotionon Saturday will go ahead as car parking is that which is used for Alnwick Gardens and is on hard-standing.
The Alnwick Harrier League on Saturday should have been the last of the six Harrier League fixtures, but Lambton Park on March 14 and Druridge Bay on March 29, have been rearranged.
The Sunderland Harriers CrossCountryGrandPrixhad its biggest points scorer at the English National Cross Country Championships at Nottingham last Saturday and changes have been made to the leader board. More points are up for grabs at Alnwick on Saturday.
