Houghton Town beat Ferryhill Celtic 3-1 in the Premier Division.

Houghton were 1-0 up at half-time with Craig Hennis netting.

The second half saw Karl Anderson score a penalty for Town and Matt Weirs added a third before Celtic got a consolatio­n via Ashley Slater.
