Stop using it as a weapon

-

The main political parties have suspended campaigning for the duration of the coronavirus crisis.

However it seems one Conservative basher has taken up the Labour cause despite continually claiming not to support Labour.

Yes Ged Taylor is at it again and proves once again it is easy to carp from the side lines while others cope with a crisis.

He criticises the Prime Minister for saying we should be prepared to lose loved ones.

Well that is a sad fact of the coronavirus epidemic Ged.

I know people who have lost loved ones: stop using it as a weapon.

Ged then launches an attack on self isolation and brands it involuntary euthanasia.

What a reckless, irresponsible thing to say when all medical advice is for vulnerable groups to self isolate.

But why should Ged care as long as he can score political points.

Ged goes on to attack the "policy" of seeking herd immunity.

This low key response was a theory embraced by the Government's top scientists.

Ged in fact states himself that the Health Minister said this was not Government policy.

The last point of criticism is simply not true.

Ged states that "even the US President has been giving daily updates over in America, where our Prime Minister just hides away."

Thankfully the rest of us have been following the Prime Minister's daily briefings, shown on all television news channels, with interest.

“We will emerge with a smile, certainly not a frown.”
