Cats star O'Nien aims to raise £5,000 for NHS with daily keep fit classes
Sunderland star Luke O’Nien has found a new way of keeping fit at home while also helping to raise thousands of pounds for the NHS – and he needs your help.
O’Nien has launched a new seriesofdailyhighintensityintervaltraininghomeworkouts, streamedliveontheFutureYou International YouTube page, withpeopleurgedtofollowitat home and also donate to a fundraising page aiming to raise £5,000 for the NHS.
O’Nien, posting on his Virgin Money fundraising page, said: “Thank you for taking time to workout with me, I hope you all enjoyed the session!
“We are all aware of the amazing work the NHS are doing for our country, I have set up this page for people to donate to the NHS to support theirincredibleongoingwork.
“Thanks and see you for tomorrow's session!”

Spurs read: "In our last update we said we would keep our position under review, especially in the context of revised budgets and cost cutting.
"Having done so we have decided that all non-playing staff,whetherfull-time,casual or furloughed, will receive 100 per cent of their pay for April and May. Only the board will take salary reductions.
"With no clarity on when football might resume and under what conditions, we shall continue to keep this under ongoing review. We should like to thank our staff for their incrediblesupportandunderstanding.
"We shall consult with stakeholders, including the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust with whom we have been in dialogue over the past weekandwhoshareourdesire toprotectjobs,shouldcircumstanceschangegoingforward."
