Concord, Havelock and Southwick: Tenants can visit the office by appointment only and must call the office or their Neighbourhood Coordinator in advance to arrange a suitable date and time.

Cash poses a risk to the spread of coronavirus and the Group has seen the majority of its tenants pay their rent via other methods throughout the pandemic.

The firm restarted its essential services in April and its routine repair service also resumed from yesterday, with tenants being actively contacted where a repair was previously put on hold due to COVID-19.

Tenants can report any new routine repair by calling their local office or online at gentoogroup.com. Gentoo staff who attend these repairs will notify tenants prior to their arrival, maintain a safe distance from the occupant and use all necessary PPE.

Gentoo Group chief executive Nigel Wilson said: “We have done an incredible amount of work behind the scenes to ensure we can offer further services in a way that is both safe for our tenants and our employees while continuing to adhere to Government guidelines.

“As we start the huge job of catching up with routine repairs and allocating our void properties, I would ask existing and prospective tenants to please be patient as they may experience some slightly longer delays.”
