UNICEF says the UK should ban the use of tasers and spit hoods on children.

Barry Marshall:

Concentrate on what you're good at UNICEF, leave law & order alone. If kids step out of line to that degree they deserve all they get.

Michael Orr: And how can you tell how old a child is? Some young adolescents are bigger and stronger than the adults, so this is utter nonsense and typical of people speaking of things they know nothing about.

Emma Golden: How are the police supposed to know how old a kid is, some of them look in their 20s? ask for id?

Kayleigh Marie Hines:

Why? If the little idiots want to go on like hooligans and spit at people, it's justified. We are bringing up an age that thinks they can't get in trouble no matter what they do and don't care how many decent people they harm in the process instead of telling your 5 year old "the police man is watching" why not tell them "the police man can't touch you or do anything to restrain you or you can press charges. Run, be free, be a yob".

Yvonne Ranson: Tasers used on children under 11yrs 29 times. It does make you wonder whether enough support is given to our teachers if police need to use tasers on them.

Linda Willmott: It’s parents’ responsibility to teach their children right from wrong also respect for people & property.

Sheila Lee: So let them just do what they want with no consequences.

Suck N Go Dysons: If you don’t do wrong then you have nothing to fear.

Chris Higgins: UNICEF advocating cotton wool guns next.

Paul McCerery: Why doesn't UNICEF mind it's own business.

Tasers should be banned full stop.

John Boal: Let the do gooders serve on the front line, see how far talking nicely gets you, they would soon change their mind, better to have tasers than guns.
