Goals galore for View in victory at Blue Bell

Park View were the latest team to embarrass Washington Blue Bell on their own turf with a 13-0 win in the Sunday League Fourth Division, sponsored by Colin Archbold Painters and Decorators.

Goals from Scott Stevenson (4), Hooper (3), Maven (2), Todd, Rowntree, Di Castro and Brannen did the damage.

Belmont extended their winning streak with a 4-3 win over The Jolly Steward Raiders. Craig Stamp scored twice for Raiders and Munchley added another but Hellens replied with two before Carr and Cook won it for the hosts.

T h e F l e e c e m ove d up the Fifth Division, sponsored by Cosmic Blinds, win a 3-0 win over Grangetown FC. Proudfoot, Marley and substitute Adam Stokoe scored.

Herrington are still joint top with Marley Potts after a thumping 8-1 win over the Wheatsheaf. Robinson (3), Stanness (2), Murphy, Shepherd and Wilde gave them the win with Neesham grabbing the hosts’ only goal.

Velocity United unbeaten streak came to an end in a 5-0 loss to FC Romano’s.

Marley Pots are leading the pack, albeit on goals, after hammering Tyne & Wear 8-0. Ryan Morse netted a hattrick, Michael Taylor and Michael Bulmer hit two each and Stewart also scored.

AFC Downhill shocked Washington Athletic with a 7-0 win. Gardiner, Morris, Campion, McConville, Williams, Bramley and Middleton found the net for Downhill.

Hot shot Brett Spencelay downed Vedra with a hattrick and Bonallie and Marsh secured the 5-1. Kye Horn scored Vedra’s consolatio­n.
