Here's where - and when - you can enjoy the festive Go North East Santa bus

The Santa Bus is coming to town – and here’s when you can see it.

Go North East’s magical open-top Santa bus which will be touring the region right up until Christmas Eve.

The bus has been decorated with Christmas lighti n g c o u r t e s y o f Pa rk s i d e Community Centre, and of course features Santa too.

The tour will not be stopp i n g , but w i l l b e m ov i n g slowly enough for youngsters to get a wave from Saint Nick.

The company is also encouragin­g people to share their photos on social media using #GNESantaBu­s and will soon be launching a competitio­n.

Now the firm has confirmed timings for the remainder of the tour, which started yesterday..

Today, the bus will be visiting – Sunderland Park Lane (4pm), Roker (4.15pm), Whitburn, East Boldon (4.35pm), We s t B o l d o n ( 4 . 4 0 p m ) , Hebburn (5.20pm), Lukes L a n e ( 5. 3 0 p m) , H ewo r th (5.50pm), Gateshead Interchang­e (6pm) and Low Fell (6.15pm) .

On Monday, December 21 – visiting Concord Bus Station (3.45pm), Blackfell (4pm), Oxclose, Lambton (4.15pm), Vigo Lane, Harraton (4.30pm), Fatfield, Washington Park Way (4.45pm),
