Seaham Oddfellows Arms stay in pole position despite Hetton draw

SSK Recruitmen­t Peterlee & District Sunday League second division leaders Seaham Oddfellows Arms lost their 100% record as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Hetton Lyons.

Seaham Oddfellows Arms’ goals came from Jack Appleby and sub Sandor Csokas while MatthewWra­yandRhettP­arnaby netted for Lyons however they still hold a three point lead at the top over Haswell Oddfellows Arms who had a 4-0 win over Peterlee Acre Rigg Social Club thanks to goals from Arthur Dolan, Alan Iley, Kieran Rowell and Ricky Ramsey.

Horden Legion kept their unbeaten record with a 5-1 derby win against Horden United thanks to a brace from Morgan Hunter plus efforts from Ethan Maddison, Ryan Devine and Philip Robinson with a consolatio­n from Josh Nesbitt.
