If you’re a fan of nut butter you should give this a try! It’s so good!

INGREDIENT­S

300g salted cashews

Sprinkle seas salt flakes for serving, optional

Add all ingredient­s to your food processor or blender and blend for 1 minutes. Scrape down the sides so everything is touching the blades and blend for an additional 1 minutes.

Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.

The key to a healthy diet is to eat the right amount of calories for how active you are so you balance the energy you consume with the energy you use.

If you eat or drink more than your body needs, you'll put on weight because the energy you do not use is stored as fat.
