Covid R rates are still between 0.7 and 1.4

Latest figures show the UK’s coronavirus R number is currently between 0.7 and 1.4. This means that, on average, every 10 people with Covid-19 will infect up to 14 other people. The R number stands for the reproduction number, and indicates how quickly Covid-19 is spreading.
