Eyesight in lockdown
More than a third of people who have been using computer screens more during lockdown believe their eyesight has been affected, claims a survey.
The poll, by eye charity FightforSight,found38%of peoplesaythishasledtodifficulty reading, migraines and poorer night vision.
Fight for Sight is encouraging those who have found their screen time has increased to adopt the ‘20-20-20 rule’ – for every 20 minutes spent using a screen, look away at something that is 20 feet away from you for a total of 20 seconds.
