After Roy informs everybody that the chair of the planning committee has been arrested and the development application is revoked, everyone breathes a sigh of relief. Debbie, meanwhile, tries to convince everyone she had no idea just how devious Ray could be in an attempt to distance herself from his actions. After an altercation with his father in a hotel bar, Peter admits he wants to give up the booze but doesn’t know how.
