Partners deliver fresh coffee to your home to fuel working day

-

Regular breaks are important if you’re working at home during lockdown.

Sitting in front of a screen for hours on end will not only affect your concentration span but also take its toll on your eyesight and posture.

It’s advisable to take a break at least once an hour, maybe do some stretching exercises, walk around the house or make a cup of coffee.

During normal times when you’re working in an office, you may be part of a refreshment round in which each colleague takes it in turns to make coffee or pops to the canteen or takeaway to get the drinks in.

But when you’re at home during lockdown, that option isn’t on the table. You probably have to make your own coffee all the time.

If you’re a coffee connoisseur who is working at home, then help is at hand.

A partnership between conference provider PowWowNow and Pact Coffee enables PowWow customers to coffee deliveries to help enhance their working from home setup.

Pact Coffee, which was established in 2012, offers home delivery of specialist coffee all of which is sourced via a direct trade model, paying coffee farmers on average 55 per cent higher than fairtrade rates.

Sarah Fuller, head of marketing at PowWowNow, said: “2020, and the current pandemic has seen many of our customers move from an office based role to a working from home model. Our partnership with Pact Coffee is a way for us to thank our customers and help them fuel their working day.”

Paul Turton, chief executive officer of Pact Coffee, said: “Being able to have great fresh coffee without leaving the house has become a lockdown silver lining for many.
