Round-up of cases Conditional discharge

The following cases from the Sunderland area have taken place recently at South Northumbria Magistrates’ Court, which sits at Sunderland and South Shields:

Duncan Eggleston, 44, of Ocean Road North, Sunderland, received a six-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge after admitting being drunk and disorderly on December 9.
