If you’re behind your daily step target this short workout will give you a quick boost.
Perform twenty repetitions of each exercise and complete 10 rounds in total. The workout won’t take long and it should boost your step count by about 1,000. Before you start the workout go to the East Coast Fitness Facebook Page and watch the short demo video to make sure your technique is correct.
