119,387 DEATHS

The Government said a further 454 people had died within 28 days of testing positive for Covid-19 as of yesterday, bringing the UK total to 119,387. Of 16,996,806 vaccine jabs given in the UK, 16,423,082 were first doses – a rise of 482,110 on Wednesday. Some 573,724 were second doses.
