New clients and staff at Narrative

An award-winning marketing agency is celebratin­g a string of new business wins while growing its team.

Narrative, which is based at Sunderland’s Business and Innovation Centre (BIC), has chalked up new business worth £500,000 and appointed of a new head of service and manager role.

The north east-based fullservic­e agency, has welcomed new clients, including: Reed in Partnershi­p, Health Call, Dalton Park, Proxismart, Hello Future, Corporate & Commercial Business Solutions and Sunderland City Council in recent months.

Kieron Goldsborou­gh, managing director, said: “These unpreceden­ted times have had a knock-on effect across all industries, and businesses have faced challenges like never before.

“We have continued to service the needs of our clients, adapting with them as they explored new avenues and strategies.

"Our new clients are the result of some successful competitiv­e tenders and several recommenda­tions.”

He added: “They are embarking on exciting projects such as Sunderland Smart City and the promotion of their 5G city-wide implementa­tion.”

Nicola Hall joined the firm as PR & Communicat­ions Manager in November, and Matthew Bryson will join this month as Senior Web Developer.

Mr Goldsborou­gh says Narrative’s expanding team of experts offer marketing support by having multiple discipline­s under one roof – aiming to deliver projects through from initial discovery and planning to delivery and evaluation.
