2 Quizness, Channel 4, Friday, 8pm

Comedian Tom Allen hosts a hilarious quiz show in which contestant­s’ general knowledge is put to the test for the chance to win £25,000. But there’s a twist... if they want to win it, the quizzers will need to prove their brains by looking daft. In the fourth episode, Andy, Kiran, Mandi and Mollie fight it out.

3 The Jonathan Ross Show, ITV, Saturday, 9.30pm

For the final show of the current series, Jonathan is joined by the irrepressi­ble Jer- emy Clarkson, BGT judge Alesha Dixon, Alan Partridge himself Steve Coogan, Hollywood stars Dame Emma Thompson and Emma Stone, plus Niall Horan and Anne-Marie, who will be chatting and performing together.

Danny Dyer hosts as Gemma and John, a young couple from Hamilton, near Glasgow, take on the mighty wall. If the balls turn green, Gemma and John could walk away with enough money to pay for their wedding. But turn red and they could be left with nothing.

Bear Grylls will be pushing boxing champion and double Olympic gold medalist Nicola Adams to her limits in Bear & Nicola Adams’ Wild Adventure. Nicola will face the grueling and harsh terrain of Dartmoor in a once in a lifetime experience and test her survival instincts.
