Chalk up a free thanks to a special teacher

-

We all remember that special teacher who inspired us to want to achieve great things and showed us great care and attention.

This last school year has been incredibly challenging for everyone, with teachers and school staff going over and above the call of duty.

Despite all the uncertainty and changes, they have still managed to educate and inspire the children in their care.

So, with the school year soon coming to an end, we want to give you the opportunity to tell the world how special those people are to your families.

This is your chance to send the person who has helped or inspired your child a message of thanks for the world to see.

You may want to thank the teacher who has worked miracles to continue supporting their pupils and providing education during these testing times.

Or there may be a specialist who has worked with your child and deserves that extra bit of recognition.

All you need to do is fill in our form here and the messages will be published in the paper nearer the end of term.

Don’t miss this chance to say a public thank you as our teachers and school staff prepare for a wellearned summer break.

Here’s what to do:

Tell us your message in 50 words or less, who it is for, where they work and who it is from.

Please ensure you use full names, not nicknames.

We will also need your contact details (these are not for publication).

We will not be able to publish any message sent without them.
