Anyone tired of Solitaire may appreciate this reboot - which becomes progressively difficult with each level and with each ‘story’ introducing a new theme, including deck design, gameplay environment. Although those who just want to play solitaire should stick to the classic version. 7/10

A tie-in for the Space Jam: A New Legacy movie, this is as retro as the original movie, a side-scrolling beat ‘em up, which pits LeBron James plus Bugs and Lola Bunny against the evil AL-G Rhythm and his cyber forces. It’s short and simple, actually quite fun, and most crucially, free. 7/10

This arcade-style twin stick shooter takes the classic formula and plunges it into the weirdest reaches of space where players face cosmic space-invading spiders across curved neon landscapes. Sadly, it’s just too repetitive, with no real sense of progression or variation. 6/10

This puzzle arcade crossover tests your quick-thinking abilities - simple to pick up and play at any time, growing progressively harder over its 45+ levels. Collecting and collating coloured under timer pressure makes this an effective filler mobile game that’s quite easy to get hooked on. 7/10
