Think Japanese, think Udon noodles and there’s nothing quite like those big handmade wriggly worms of delight anywhere else in the world. Koya keeps it simple with its express kit for two. You get ample portions of the lovely Udon along with a generous dose of wonderful fish dashi broth which has all the wonderful tastes and smells of the sea.
